Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of PritunlVPN's website, hosting services, and related products (collectively, the "Services"). By creating an account, placing an order, or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

2. Acceptable Use

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to: spam, phishing, malware distribution, denial-of-service attacks, hacking, fraud, distribution of illegal content, copyright infringement, and any activity that violates applicable local, national, or international law.

3. Orders, Billing & Renewals

Services are billed according to the billing cycle selected at checkout. Renewal invoices are generated automatically before the next due date. It is your responsibility to keep payment information and cryptocurrency wallets up to date. Failure to pay by the due date may result in service suspension or termination.

4. Payments

We accept cryptocurrency as described during checkout. All payments must be made in full. Transaction hashes (TXIDs) submitted as proof of payment must be accurate and unique to the invoice. False or reused transaction hashes may result in account suspension.

5. Refunds

Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Setup fees, domain registrations, and services that have already been provisioned are generally non-refundable. Contact support within 7 days if you believe you are eligible for a refund.

6. Service Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, violation of these Terms, or fraudulent activity. Suspended services that remain unpaid may be terminated and data permanently deleted.

7. Data & Privacy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect only the minimum information necessary to provide and secure the Services and do not sell your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

PritunlVPN is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected service in the 30 days preceding the event.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notice.
